Product Introduction:
Energy storage stud welding is also called capacitance discharge stud welding. The equipment first charges the preset amount of energy into the capacitor, and then when welding, all the energy is released from the capacitor at one time for welding. The welding time is 1-3 milliseconds. As energy cannot be supplied continuously, it is generally used to weld studs with a diameter of 3-10mm.

Welding Principle
Having the tip of the stud contacts the workpiece and pull the welding gun switch, then the energy storage capacitor is discharged through the tip of the element.
When the arc is ignited, a thin layer of molten metal is generated on the surface of the stud and the workpiece, and the penetration depth is about 0.1 mm.
The stud is inserted into the molten pool, the metal solidifies, and the screw is welded firmly.
