Hand Aluminium Portable Mini Small Fiber Handheld Laser Welding Machine Price
Product Description
The hand-held optical fiber laser welding machine is a new generation of laser welding equipment, which belongs to non-contact welding. The operation process does not require pressurization. Its working principle is to directly irradiate the laser beam with high energy intensity on the surface of the material. Through the interaction between the laser and the material, the material is melted inside, and then cooled and crystallized to form a weld.

Advantages
1. Highest and highest accuracy and precision
The main advantage you may gain is the accuracy of welding. Laser welding is not a problem even if you are welding small parts and assemblies.
2. Weld consistency
Since you manually set the speed, power and mode, even if you need to weld a large number of workpieces, you can expect the welds to be consistent.
3. Ability to create and produce complex welds
Some welding techniques, such as MIG welding and TIG welding, are not suitable for complex welding. This is because the available electrodes are limited. At that time, laser welding had risen to a higher level. No matter how complex a weld looks, laser welding can be realized.
4. The weld is more durable
Stronger welding is possible. You do not need welding filler materials, which can provide excellent strength and durability.

How do you use a hand-held laser welder?
① The first step is to turn on the engine. Make sure to connect it with the appropriate voltage required by the machine.
② Activate the emergency stop button and the laser generator button. This will open the screen or interface.
③ Activate laser source and water cooler/cooler.
④ Use the interface to specify power, mode and speed according to the thickness of the material.
⑤ Grasp the laser welder and adjust the focal length of the nozzle.
⑥ Test it with scrap to see if the specification is correct.
