Product Description
DN (B) series medium frequency fixed point projection spot welding machine is mainly used for welding plates of low-carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and some non-ferrous metals, as well as projection welding between plates and nuts and bolts. The equipment adopts an intermediate frequency transformer and an intermediate frequency inverter controller to improve welding quality. The intermediate frequency transformer adopts two turn ratios and can be manually switched.

Features
1. Stable machine structure upside and downside of electrodes apply the pressure mode with assistant stroke. The welding efficiency is much higher.

Product Structure
Compared With Ordinary AC Resistance Welding Machine, The MF Spot Welder Has The Following Advantages:
①Under the same conditions, the volume of the intermediate frequency transformer is greatly reduced; Due to its high working frequency, low losses, and high efficiency.
②The welding current of the intermediate frequency welding machine is continuous DC, without zero current crossing effect, with very concentrated heat and stable welding heat input. The welding time can be shortened, and the energy-saving effect is significant; No AC peak current impact, low welding spatter, and also prolongs the service life of the electrode; The inductance of its secondary circuit has almost no effect on the DC welding current, and there is no secondary circuit reactance loss.
