Product Introduction:
The butt welding machine heats the workpiece to be welded through resistance heating. When the current passes through the contact surface of the workpiece, the contact surface rapidly heats up due to the presence of contact resistance, reaching the temperature required for welding. Subsequently, a certain amount of pressure is applied to force the contact surfaces of the two workpieces to come into close contact, causing plastic deformation or partial melting of the material, filling the gaps between the interfaces, and forming a firm welded joint. Finally, the welding area begins to cool and solidify while or after applying pressure. After a certain period of cooling and solidification, the two workpieces are firmly welded together.

1. Pneumatic or hydraulic pressurization is used: with high clamping force, it does not slip during forging and welding of the workpiece, and the welding performance is stable.
